My brain is getting old and once it latches onto a train of thought, I'm afraid to let it go until I'm finished with it. Otherwise, I may lose it forever! LOL
I'm one of those annoying people I'm sure you've encountered that will just jump right in with a comment pertaining to a previous discussion EVEN AFTER you've changed the topic. I don't even provide a good segue to help you try to figure out what the hell I'm talking about.
I appreciate your explanation on how this new SPAM works and I was wondering why it didn't show up on all of the closed auctions. Thanks for filling us in.

Hi guys. I wanted to bring this topic back up to let everyone know that the SEE SIMILAR ITEMS link on the ended auction page listing has been put on hold for now. I'm repeating this info from a post made by a voices member on another board and I believe the info to be correct. (thanks Dottie) EBay is holding off on adding this link because of the huge outcry from sellers who DIDN'T WANT a link on their auction page that sent bidders to other seller's auctions.
I want to thank everyone who wrote emails to eBay in protest of this feature and I sincerely hope we will all continue to speak out against this link if and when eBay tries again.
Blanche

Wow... I hadn't been over to these discussion boards in about a week and just thought to come over here this morning to sorta follow up on this thread.
THANKS Blanche for taking the time to spread the word about the current status of this particular 'feature'. *smile*
