"Payment Surcharges
An eBay seller may not charge a fee, often called a "credit card surcharge," when accepting credit card payments. "
WELL THEN... it should be okay to add $1 if someone wants to pay via paypal. Whether they pay PP from their PP account, or from their credit card, or from withdrawal from their account by echeck is no concern of mine. They pay PP however they like.
After they have paid PP, PP pays me by direct deposit into my PP account. I don't take credit cards, I just accept $ from PP.
And for accepting payment by this method I can charge the seller an extra buck.

Makes me glad I've kept mine a personal account. I run all my low charges through Paypal and advertise Billpoint for the larger ones. You can run alot of cheap items through Paypal, with the joke on them!
Gee, kind of makes me wish the Post Office would offer a payment service, since they have money orders anyway. Maybe THEY wouldn't ask for a percentage of the shipping!
