Mass marketers/spammers are using the congress and state legislatures to redefine what spam is.

Defining "unsolicited" is also being defined as different than what we all think it is.

He who has the gold rules. Mass marketers are foaming at the mouth for the inexpensive avenue of spam.

It is going to be interesting to see how this all pans out.

Its certainly fee avoidance.

At the sametime if it happened to us 99% of our buyers will email us, its happened before. We are a business and as such we consider it a predatory conduct and have our attorney file charges as such. While we generally dont make a dime at it our attorney gets paid well and the two times its happened to us the seller who duped us was forced to pay his $1200 legal fee's by court order
