To answer the poster about getting NARU'ed for charging PayPal fees on auctions ... the answer is yes. They do warn you but give you some time to edit your auction description. They suspend you for the violation if you do not heed their warning and there is no warning on the next violation. It's more a matter of law than eBay policy.

you can go into ebay site and change your cc information yourself so ebay will bill your new cc on file.
before asking our cc issuer for a higher line of credit,i would honestly review my ebay selling and see if it really warrants more credit.
there is nothing worse in business than to be stuck with inventory financed by short term debt and lack lustre sales.one will have a classic case of negative cashflow..
