What a wonderful opportunity to practice a random act of kindness.
I hope FP jr gets the message from his agent ~ what a tremendous gift for him!!
(not to mention the warm fuzzies you just gave to me )

So don't call it karma.
What goes around comes around.
I'll stick with Harleytrader and any other's who share a sense of moral obligation.

Just for the record here's the dictionary definition, and no, I don't want a religious dicussion. I was just trying to say what goes around comes around, you do something good, something good comes back to you, etc.
From dictionary.com:
kar·ma (kärm)
n.
1. Hinduism & Buddhism. The total effect of a person's actions and conduct during the successive phases of the person's existence, regarded as determining the person's destiny.
2. Fate; destiny.
3. Informal. A distinctive aura, atmosphere, or feeling: There's bad karma around the house today.

yes. the interested party i was referring to is his son, freddie prinze jr.
Similarly, the merchandise at estate sales is being dispensed with by the family of the deceased. As many of us know, families sometimes undervalue the worth of some of the deceased's belongings.
the difference is, it's the families themselves selling the item and setting the price. if the item had great sentimental value to them, they wouldn't be selling it in the first place. freddie prinze jr had no choice in this matter; he's not the one who threw it away.

MrsSantaClaus-
Yes you're right. I've researched the show on the net and his co-star was an actor by the name of Jack Albertson who played the rather 'crusty' but sweet elderly auto shop owner.
Also, to the person who inquired about a picture, I will take the bracelet to Kinko's tommorrow, scan it and post the URL so everyone can see what we're talking about. (My scanner is broken)
Thanks again for all your opinions, support and kind words. I feel as though *I* have a fan club You folks are really a great community of sellers.
Once again, although I consider myself a rather greedy money-grubbing guy there was something in my guts that told me to not to sell this item right away, ask for opinions from my fellow ebay sellers regarding the moral and ethical aspects....
I'm glad I did and I'm sure it will work out one way or the other for all concerned...

Just wanted to post a couple comments--
First, Amscray could you please tell me who
wrote the diary that you had? It is a pet peeve of mine (no offense) when I hear these
sorts of stories and am not told the names
of the people involved---assuming he is famous and maybe deceased I would just like to know. I am not planning to be a professional stalker.
BTW, to the person who purchased the sheet music from the 1930's--who was this country legend?
Secondly, (FYI only) as stated before
"Jack" on the bracelet was FP's costar in "Chico and the Man" But, for those who are a little too young (like me--to remember "Chico" when it was on originally) Jack Albertson
is also famous to children and adults for playing Grandpa Joe in the 1971 Gene Wilder
movie "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory"
