Well, this will be #572 for me, after 19.64 months (March 11, 2000). What was I thinking?  No, it's been great. I think I am finally certain where OTherWorldlAnd is (thanks, Blanche), and it looks like a lot of familiar names are already over there.
BTW, as of about six minutes ago, cdnbooks was at exactly 2500 posts.

I hung out there alot when the eBay motors fiasco happened. It killed the boat catagory, and all the boat people (and car people too) where all over every board on eBay.

Kiawok, Actually I don't think I am going to make it to 3:00 AM EST. This damm stone is moving again and I am going to head off to the twilight zone. It has been real, but AW it isn't worth suffering a kidney stone.
Eventer: I don't know how AARP does it, they must have a data base of everyone in the country, because within 2 weeks of a 50th birthday everyone I know, (my self included) has gotten an invitation to join AARP.
Everyone I know, (my self included) then proceeds to call everyone they know and ask who is the smart ass who sent my name to AARP.
Everyone I know, (myself included) then joins AARP, but denies it with every fiber in their being. It seems to be a ritual and right of passage.

Actually I made GOOD money while it was going on. Most people couldn't list in the old boat catagories on eBay, but I went to eBay Canada, and listed in US dollars. The Boat Catagory was only 20 % full, and everything I put up brought top dollar.
But I still spent every spare minute in the Soapbox, and the DNF giving eBay a hard time over it.

Hmm..sounds like my catagory now...up until 6-7 months ago everything went too high, now it's down to 4 pages of listings, and you must have a reserve.
BTW, kiawok, right back at you...what's your nick over there? is Amy there?
