Ah. You are a psychiatrist! Of course that is what you mean by "professional way", no? The more you yap the more your skull caves in; because the real reason I came back to post is this:

Little Missy I-Would-Think-I-Would-Notice-A-Big-Label-On-Something-Soaking-In-My-Sink-With-My-Orphans-Even, is indeed savvy enough to add things like "signed" in her auction titles and describe teeny #'s stamped or whatnot on same in her collectibles descriptions.

And I almost felt bad for 1/100th of a second.

The End.

Again all this from someone who is supposed to be a volunteer in the mental health field. Just another reason to feel sorry for NYC, when that is the kind of mental health support they are getting.
Please grow up NYCYN. And quityerbitchin.

Yup. I can spot a sleazeball and a nut. Besides, what do you think we need down here? Twenty-year-olds handing out teddy bears? You're a real patriot. Spare me about the 6 flags on your car, or the 20 you sent to ARC, or the other stupid stories I have to listen to when I dare have a human or bad moment in places like this.

Hi all... I have read enough of nycyn bitching and complaining. In fact, she has done more bitching and complaining than anybody I have heard in my entire life!! We are all tired of your crap nycyn.

This lady bought 2 items from me. Though I felt they were described well enough, she did not... Fine... I can deal with that. I would have given her a full refund with no questions asked... But NO... she don't even contact me and let me know she is unhappy. I read about it with the 2 negs she left me.

I immediately replied via e-mail telling her I would give her a refund, even after she left the negative feedback. She didn't even bother to respond! Instead, she makes a thread on AW Named : Seller had to double neg a seller today.... In this thread she has threatened my kids and myself with bodily harm! She wants us to meet her in a parking lot??? Come on...She has cut down my integrity as much as she possibly could and said that I was low class???

Then when I list the auction #'s to defend myself she has another hissy fit. But yet we are all hallu.... hallu..... hallucinating???? The fact is she posted my auction #'s first. She has managed to cut everyone that had an opinion that she didn't want to read. I offered her a refund yet again.. Her reply was she didnt want a refund because its to much of a pain to go to the post office. Yet, She is a seller? She does have to go to the post office to ship things she sells, dont she? What does she want? Refund and keep the items to?

Then, she moves to make a 2nd thread because she didn't think she was getting enough sympathy on the first one named: The Victim of the year award. Trying to cut my kids and myself down some more. Then when a reader writes something she didn't like she calls them names.

Then, she moves to make a 3rd thread, named: Beware those who holler stalker... Here she is insinuating that I called her at wee hours of the morning and pranked her! I will say this... I did do a contact member info on her before all this began right after she left the negs, to offer a refund... BUT... guess what? The phone number she gave ebay in the contact info is a pay phone that doesn't take calls!!! ... HUMMMM... Is that not misrepresentation??? Is that not against ebays rules??? Now tell me, how did I prank you???
I Just want to say thank you to all that did give their opinion and all for your support. I would also like to say.. I'm sorry we had to go through all of this. I will not be making any more comments on this subject as I think way to much has been said as it is. Thank you.

Yawn.

Other than that, thanks for pointing out the problem that I had my former second phone line as my contact #. It's already been resolved.

Easy to find her id on ebay.....search for "dellandogs" and read the negative left by this buyer/seller....I have blocked this one too.......don't need the headaches! Reminds me a "message board" stalking! If you find the time, read her feedback and some of the responses she has posted to her feedbacks.....this is a strange person!

NanasTurtles, thanks for the heads up on that one. This person is beyond disturbed! How can they call themselves healthcare professional, or caring volunteer, and try that?

Did you notice she now has the infamous black ashtray up for bids?

Yep......there's that ashtray again. I wasn't aware that the WTC item ban was lifted but to be a volunteer and then put something like this connected to the tragedy up for bids just doesn't seem in good judgement to me.....

I came across #1069610420. Personally, I think you are an ass if you are supposedly a "volunteer" yet seek to earn "proceeds to replace uncompensated leave from regular job and medical expenses." I do believe you are a professional in the mental health field, however I believe you are the patient side of the science. Pretty sick. My sister works as Chief Resident in Emergency Medicine in NYC and was involved in both instances (WTC and Plane in Queens), yet she does not knock on people's door for sympathy or money. She has deep sorrow, as we all do, for what happened that fateful day. To place an auction as irresponsible as your "Exclusive" interview, shows lack of emotion, intelligence, mental well-being as well as greed. You describe you auction as "EXCLUSIVE" and you post "stalker" as a feedback. I wonder if before you listed that auction, if you yourself were "stalking" the media trying to get your "exclusive" interview out. SHAME ON YOU.

Hello all, I just wanted to update everyone on what has happened over this deal.. #1 I wrote to ebay over nycyn'c fraudulent contact information and directed ebay to the thread "seller had to double neg a seller today", They removed the negs on me. THERE IS A GOD !!!
The last couple days I have recieved 2 emails from 2 other people that had to deal with her. I asked them if I could put their letters on the board because nycyn should not be allowed to continue like this, One said it was ok the other person is very terrified of nycyn, and dont want her letter up. That is understandable.
1st letter....
She drove me nuts, 5 emails in one night each one worse than the last. I told ebay and they said they could not help me, just after that she left me the feedback, she went on and on. I put her on bidders block.
Not to long ago I got another email from someone who was having trouble with her and was afraid of what she might do to them, I told them to leave neg. feedback but the person said they were going to let her keep the money to go away, they were afraid of her.
I am going to try to get ebay to remove the feedback. She put me through hell for 2 weeks all over 5.00.
Now if this is not horrible I dont know what is. Worse yet, nycyn claims to be a volunteer??? I will also be sending these letters to ebay and I pray these will get her suspended.

You got your negs removed? Sheesh, I guess I didn't whine enough! To get two intentionally misrepresented items should piss anybody (with cajones) off. Others terrified of me? Gimme a break. I invite people to look at my "feedback left for others"...

God help us every one...

And another thing! I've relisted these two items of your days ago, with honest descriptions, and with 350+ hits I've got total bids of.............30 cents. But you're a saint and a victim! I hate it when that happens too!

I think most of those views are from people here, and I would not expect to get many bids from them.

Anyway, I've had lots sell for $21 in one auction, and the same exact thing sell for 99 cents the next time around.

Do us all a favor and go to Afghanistan and "volunteer". Think of the auction you could list on e-bay for an interview for your "volunteer" work when you get back. On second thought, please don't come back. And God, I hope if you go, you won't have access to a computer.<br />

dellandogs, on what grounds did ebay remove the feedback... and what did it say?

also, everybody, i was following the original thread at the beginning, and I'm not quite sure why everyone turned against nycyn. maybe she has a bad attitude, but I looked at that original Kennedys ash tray auction and the ash tray was clearly positioned so that Kennedys would show in the picture and office supplies wouldn't. Now, although if you look very closely you can guess that there is something else, this still shows deceit. Just b/c it's not an outright lie, doesn't mean it's okay. I think hiding something like that is stupid. I mean, did you think she was going to be thrilled when she got it... or did you just hope she would suck it up. Kinda makes me wonder what is wrong with all your other stuff. I never buy that kind of stuff, so this isn't supposed to be a threat of losing my business, but if I did buy that kind of stuff, I would avoid any seller who did this kind of stuff... further, i think that the entire ebay community deserves to know about it. that's what feedback is for.

Meantime, I get buyers, buyers mind you, leaving me negs that I didn't pay them (of course I didn't they're supposed to pay me), and ebay won't remove that... it makes no sense to me...

Hello!

Thank you.

Unfortunately, seller feedback ratings have been rendered useless information.

No, what she claimed to sell is not my schtick. I prefer McCoy, Hull, & Red Wing, etc. to, (gag, AVON.) I personally had no interest in the Kennedy, no Kennedys, ashtray, but even with the revelation of the previously unmentioned "S" my friend was still interested. (He smokes.) I got sucked into all the save-on-shipping hype and selected something--this old possible slag glass pitcher.

So yeah, I was totally disgusted when I got a Kennedys Office Supplies Ashtray AND another piece with "Avon" signed all over it, both in the same package from the same seller, who, it turned out, after a later investigation, described other items as "signed" and to tinier details.. So she knew to underdescribe these in hopes of finding suckers. Unfortunately she picked the wrong gal at the wrong time--X 2. Not to mention i would never pull such crap on any of my buyers.

Etc. Etc. blah blah. I'm sorry. I'm tired. But thanks for paying real attention.

All this from a woman who puts empty x-mas ornament boxes and a "volunteer" interview (she says she removed dead bodies from the world trade center)....up for auction. She is trying to make money for herself because she states: she left her job to volunteer and so has no income and is trying to get compensated for it. My dictionary does not mention compensation for volunteer work as a definition.
She got her negative feed back about dellanddogs removed because she gave phony contact information.
nycyn: you should be ashamed of yourself wanting to make money off a tradedy. And not for a minute do i believe you were a volunteer at the WTC.......You DO need help and I hope you get it. God help you.

Another patriot that nice people probably have killed themselves over. Anyway, I respond for this reason only: It seems you have a soul-brother with identical observations, insights, and complaints, that has sent me hate-mail via my "ask seller a question" eBay feature. Interesting, huh?

And you are too stupid to see behind what SEEMS like obvious motivation. Any focking moron, ok--I take that back--,Thinking Person, could see 300 bucks ain't going to make a big difference.
