Cheese--

I don't believe for a minute that you were a cop for 15 years, never mind even owning a NYPD cap.

Do you see how stupid that sounds?

Why don't you take your conversation to private e-mail? This is not auction related and does not belong in the eBay Outlook at all. Enough already!

Admittedly not one of my more becoming posts, but you and your army annoy the hell out of me. I neg a seller, and some of you have nothing else to do but go over my entire ebay career with a fine tooth comb and drag my personal life onto this board. I'm crying for help? I didn't bring the WTC stuff in here, y'all did, and you think it's a party! I daresay that if I'm sick, I'd rather be my type of sick than your (et al)type of sick. You are meanspirited and frankly dangerous.

Sit back and watch them all go crazy again.

Lady, I have been watching these threads of your s from the beginning. You are the one who listed your WTC "volunteer interview" auction, not any of the other people posting.

It goes to show how sick and how low you will go, to make a dollar. And as far as being sick, I don't see anyone on here other than you threatening people.

And as far as one of your "less becoming" posts", all your posts are less becoming of a sane individual.

Why didn't you just take the refund when Doggie Girl offered it, and saved all of us, including you, this CRAP.

Have you noticed the postings are 20 to 1 against you.

Give it up and go back to where you came from.

You a mental health provider. Right!

If you are in the mental health field, then you know you are suffering from obsessive disorder. OBESSESIVE DISORDER, DEFINITION: to have ruminating thoughts and ideas. Like a cow, keeps chewing it's cud over and over and over (RUMINATING).

Main Entry: obsessive-compulsive
Function: adjective
Date: 1927
: relating to or characterized by recurring obsessions and compulsions especially as symptoms of a neurotic state
- obsessive-compulsive noun

YOU MUST KNOW THERE ARE DRUGS OUT THERE THAT CAN HELP YOU NYNYC IF YOU ARE TRULY A MENTAL HEALTH PROVIDER AS YOU CLAIM!!!!!

You know, the one thing nycyn hasn't really touched on throughout this is the fact that SHE WAS OFFERED A REFUND AND TURNED IT DOWN!

MORON! You have nothing to complain about! You said that it wasn't worth it to get a refund, but then you whine and complain ad nauseum. Give it up! I am sure your time could be better spent listing those "interviews" that everyone is falling over each other to get!

I think maybe I will bid on one of those interviews so I can "interview" you about what a lowlife you are, piggybacking off the WTC tragedy for your own personal gain! I don't care if it is $300 or $3,000,000! The amount doesn't matter! It is the idea of profiting off the tragedy that matters!

If I wanted to ***make a profit off of tragedy** I could go to midtown, buy the hats, pins, and badges wholesale, mark them up 1000% and sell them on the street. I could think of lots of other ways. Like the guy who is making a fortune in OT taking pics from his crane and putting reprints up at $35.00 bucks. I think that's a pretty good example of what you are complaining about, but it is none of my business and I don't get that worked up about it to send hate mail, that's for sure.

Define profit. But that it really a discussion for a more intellectually-oriented message board.

What really is fascinating to me, and no my feelings aren't hurt, is that not one person here has asked, "How are you?" Yet there are those who proclaim that I need "help" desperately and "pity" me.

When the lung cancer and God-knows-whatever-else-kicks-in-if-it-hasn't-already we're going to need a lot of help. Dramatic? Just wait.

Deal with it.

Again, what about the refund?

You are attempting to make a profit off of the tragedy. Why else would you have a BIN of $295 and a reserve on this auction for an "interview", when you could have called up your local TV station and offered to be "interviewed" for free.

You seem to want to chastise everyone else for profiting off of 9-11, when you are doing the same! Nobody here has said that people selling photos are any better than what you are doing.

Nobody here really cares how you are doing, because it is obvious that all you are interested in is the recognition of having something to do with the WTC recovery. You are the worst kind of "volunteer" - the kind who pouts and whines when nobody is around to make a big hoopla about your help.

How many others do you think have gotten no recognition for their help with the WTC or Pentagon recovery efforts? 1,000? 10,000?

You ain't that special, sweetheart, and nobody here is going to give you the attention you crave, since you have made it so very clear that you are a money grubbing, attention craving, whiny snot!

>>How many others do you think have gotten no recognition for their help with the WTC or Pentagon recovery efforts? 1,000? 10,000?<<

Don't know. But that is precisely my point. There were a whole lot of people down there at the WTC, some for as long as 36 straight hours or more. There was like no communication and people were driving up to Javits in their SUV's and RICKSHAWS (bike type) to bring replacement medical, fire & rescue workers in because the feds & city couldn't get it together quickly enough. So that guy, the "unofficial" one who came in flanked by cops so he could bring the others back into gz past security, who busted his ass, whose personal career had NOTHING to do with anything like this work, and the tons of others, from accountants to computer programmers, etc. etc. etc. Who is looking for them? AND there is a record of our names. Personally, I'd like to be the one who throws the Heroes Party, unless of course someone with bigger means steps in; I'd be grateful for that, because I've already enough on my plate.

Yeah, I gotta whole lot to say.

No one asked you because quite frankly they share my view...they simply do not believe a word you say! Perhaps you may be telling the truth. If you are I can only guess that your motive for "volunteering" is so you could profit from the experience. I have a feeling you have been selling your story not to the media, but to the ambulance chasers who may make a mountain out of your mole hill of a cough you say you have. As I said before, I think you are full of it and quite frankly have or have had nothing to do with 9-11. What is sad is that you are making a martyr out of yourself with no respect for those who lost family, friends or other loved ones in that disaster. If you truly are a New Yorker, please do not post anymore because you are adding fuel to the fire of the "atypical" New Yorker. Have you no clue? Do you realize that no one seems to agree with you? Feel sorry for all of us... we need pity ... you need to get off the hallucinogens and get a life!

American passport the least disirable passport in the world.... are you kidding.
In spite of people like you in the United States of America, people are literally dying to get here. It is the dream of millions in the world to live here someday.

Please, you are an insult to America and to all who have come here to work hard and earn an honest dollar. Your WTC auction for your self proclaimed "volunteer interview" is an embarrresment and an insult to us all. You are among the ranks of those who sell items to earn blood money from the world trade center we are speaking of when we tell you The "volunteer interview" is crude, crass, low etc.....

When are you going to get it.
Not one person on here reading these postings beleive for one minute you are or were a "volunteer" at the WTC.

Do what you said you were going to do over and over again.

GO AWAY!

I refer back to my definition of obsessive disorder. A person who has the same ruminating thoughts and ideas and can never get off the subject, but must continue on for days and days and days.

Eveready Bunny!!! She just keeps going and going and going and going..........

Only, CheesePuss, because you keep provoking me. If you had any sophisticated friends, you would know that if you had two passports, use the non-USA one.

Anyway, I thought this was a nice description of life downtown NYC:

Why should we end it? So she starts another? There has been four already!

Again, nycyn, why put the "interview" up for auction if you don't want to profit from it?

Personally, I'd like to be the one who throws the Heroes Party, unless of course someone with bigger means steps in; I'd be grateful for that, because I've already enough on my plate.

The real heroes went down with the buildings. You are not a hero, and if you think you are, you are a pathetic egomaniac.

I was so sickened by this thread that I got an account just to reply.

So nycyn, what does someone having an American passport have to do with anything? Yeah, it might be safer to travel with a passport from another country, but that's because we're the most envied nation on the planet with tens of millions trying to come here.

And to think:

This all started over two items totaling $16.00 that the seller said she would gladly refund. But NYCYN refused to take the refund.

She chose to complain here and attack everyone who said she was wrong and should just take the refund.

Her reason for refusing the refund:

Said, "to much trouble to take to the post office to return the items. Yes, to much trouble for a measly $16.00.

Saying this when she herself is a seller on e-bay and goes to the post office to ship her items.

What else is a seller obligated to do when a person is not happy with the items ordered.

You can only do so much to try to please a customer. The seller in ths case was not treated with the respect NYCYN demands of her. She offered a refund and that is all she was obligated to do here.

I certainly hope for all, including her, that she is done complaining and goes on with her life.

If anyone has read her four threads on this subject from the beginning to the end, they can see how pointless is to try to please her.

I wish her the best and again hopes she moves on.

I also hope everyone has learned a lesson.

How to treat a seller and a buyer.

I will not respond to anymore postings on the matter. Enough has been said by all.
