I just got back from a rough day - non-eBay related but just generally bad and would really like to just close the office door and shut eBay down for a while.
But instead I just answered 36 emails of stupid things like:
What is your email address so I can send payment? didn't they email me??? at my email address??? not to mention I gave them a link last night to click on to pay via paypal I had two of those OR
I sent your payment via paypal but don't know how much to add to have the item shipped to Denmark so now I have to calculate that, send him an email with the shipping and pay paypal fees for both transactions because this ding-dong couldn't send me the email first!
Sometimes these idiots make me wonder how they ever figured out how to turn their computer on!!!
But yes, as a powerseller, I answered everyone of them and was super polite.
People who blame powersellers for bad service maybe need to see if they followed clear and precise instructions before emailing them every 10 minutes to ask a question that has already been answered if they just took the time to READ THE INSTRUCTIONS
