Why would you want to delete the root directory after you access it? You're supposed to invite your friends over for a little cyber party, then delete it after the party.

Yes Rocky believes in it also. However, he does it a little different he just shots them between the eyes. The eyes all pop-out and all that is it really gross but cuts down on the stray population very effectively he says.
The new stamps for that spay neuter will be comeing out in Sept. at the post office.
