My bank tells me that some software recognizes a "set number or numbers" so... just put the required number of zeros in FRONT of your account number to make it recognizable. It worked for me.

Did you get that? Add a zero to the front of the account number?
Will have to get that off to pay direct support!

Dear Warr & Msmas - thanks so much for the 0 tip, will try that in a few minutes.
NOW, does anyone know the correct address for e-mailing PayDirect. It seems the letters I have written about the account number problems are not being received, and I surely don't want to have someone holding my funds and not being able to contact them.
Thanks again for the 0 tip.

I just got another Paydirect payment. What is remarkable is that this is the buyer's first auction purchase ever.
I really think that paydirect in going to eventually be serious competition to Paypal.

New feature added.
Last week you could only send credit to your credit card, today I was able to add a checking acct and it took 10 seconds.
I DO YAHOOOOOOO!

THE EXTRA 0 in front of our business account number worked, and we got registered for PayDirect.
We haven't had anyone use PayDirect yet, most seem to be opting to use PayPal, or call us direct with credit card info, so haven't experienced a PayDirect sale as yet.
Let me ask those who have had customers use PayDirect - does PayDirect send you notice that the customer has paid, or does one have to continually check their account to see if any payments have been made?????

Paul - they send a notice in 1 second, and then you go "accept" (or refuse). The whole process in outlined in CAgrrl's "Help" thread.

Question: If I have all these payments just sitting in my PayDirect Account, can I use that to pay the bill for featuring my auctions? Can I? Huh? Huh? Or do I still have to let them charge my credit card?

If enough of us ask, they might consider it

I HATE using my credit card if I don't have to. I'd do anything to avoid it, so I'll happily put in an email to PAyDirect feedback.
I have a PAyDirect balance slowly building up & I haven't seen enough sellers of items I want who accept it, yet. I'd like to bid on some stuff, but in the long run, what better way is there to use the money than investing back into our own businesses? Just a thought!
