[No amount of rant will change that, and the time will come (hopefully soon) when PayPal will initate collection action]
Coonr, although I don’t agree with you tactics to sell Paypal to everyone and attack everyone with a Paypal complaint, I never wished you harm or financial damage to you.
You however are one sad person and I feel sorry for the people in your life. Even the ones who are not real.
And if they do send me to collections, I will see them in small claims court. As I need damages to do that and if they damage my credit, it's on...
I will also subpoena Damon thepaypal and his breaching post and e-mails which show factual proof he has used the terms of use from 2002 that said "reversal" for a 2001 transaction when the terms said "chargeback" without my approval. And how he denied the changes made to the terminology from "chargeback" to "reversal" and claimed they always said "reversal".
I would like to see him backtrack in front of a judge. I want him to argue with factual dates without their arbitration protecting them. I want to know how he gets terms from 2002 to apply to a 2001 transaction and thinks it's allowed.
Then Damon can tell a Judge why Paypal made every single change I told then they needed in 2001 for the 2002 terms of use but claim they were not wrong in 2001. Then Damon can explain why they refused to help me. Then Damon can explain how Paypal did not investigate the claim made by the buyer even though the terms say they will. And processed a reversal of funds based on 2002 terms of use for a 2001 reversal.
Then Damon can tell the judge why Paypal refused to take my information without me getting a court order. And then he can tell them how they know the buyer got the item at the address requested but they allowed them to keep the item and recover all funds based on the terms they changed...
I am preparing a letter with the partial confessionary payment I did receive from a mail fraud complaint to Paypal, the BBB as well as the attorney general documenting their refusal to help, Their rude customer service, the USPS mail fraud investigation information, the factual changes Paypal made to terms of use in 2002 which they tried to apply to my 2001 reversal and the solid proof a Paypal account was used to aid in the commission of a fraudulent mail fraud scam and Paypal did nothing to assist me ever even though they were offer proof of the act.
And then we will see if Paypal still refuses to close my account and collect from my buyer the remaining amount they owe Paypal or send me to a collect agency. Paypal is not going to profit from fraud and I am not going to take a loss because they made a mistake in the wording of their user agreement in 2001 we both agreed to.
All I ever asked Paypal was to do what I paid them to do. They refused and still charged me fees. If they want me to go to court over ruining my credit, let them. I will make sure it goes very public then…
Because that’s a great Paypal commercial.
Use Paypal, follow the rules, We will change them and then still hold you liable for any damages our mistakes makes and then we will fight you in court so we can assist a fraudulent user.

I do NOT sell PayPal. (I do like PayPal.)
I do NOT attack anyone with a PayPal complaint. (I do ask questions and point out the source of problems, usually with the user.)
