The problem is that when this guy complains against PayPal, his creditability is shot and then it also takes away from the other people that like to valid points or really do have a problem that was not caused by themselves due to complaints or chargebacks

ahhaaa I guess thats why we have a clear bill at the BBB could care less about insider trading ebay and account robbing paypal. I guess your company has a polished image? I dont see our CEO being investigated for insider trading? Or freezing over 100,000 customers accounts thats being reviewed in federal court? WOW nice company you keep ahhahahaaaa

Well, it is true that this thread is totally counter-productive, regarding our information needs about ebay. It should have been posted somewhere (almost anywhere) else.
BTW, if you "could care less about insider trading ebay and account robbing paypal.", what the heck are you in here trolling for? And the term is "...couldn't care less...".

I agree I simply reported the breaking news on insider trading then the EBAY and paypal cheerleaders bash ya if you look through most of the post here you will see its the same handfull that attack all haha thats the funny part. Reminds me of the fat lady who has a lap dog that barks till there is nothing left to bark out but never bites.

Lets talk about your clear bill at the BBB, that means that you have take care of all the complaints that have been forwarded to them. That means that you have people that have dissatisified with you service and the BBB is a moderation tool to get resolution with the customer. So why are you getting BBB complaints? How about explaining the all the negative ratings that you got from your last ebay ID?
We have all seen the crapware that you sell. Your problem is that you totally lack credability in this forum. I rarely agree with Uaru and Coonr regarding PayPal Policies and their current legal litigation. However, I have a hard time believing anything that you post on this board since you will not come out and answer simple questions, and by using tactics of avading questions that are put to you, and accusing people of wrong doing.
You totally lack any creditability and you can not even follow your own post when you stated that you will not post here anymore. Furthermore, you take away for the creditability of others that are posting their problems here regarding PayPal.

Just as I thought, you do not have the guts to answer the question straight out. The BBB records says that you have solved the complaints. It does not tell us how many complaints nor does it tell why all those people complainted.
Come, be a man, give us a straight answer if you can.
Or is it because you know that the only reasson that you were suspended from eBay and you PayPal account got locked up is because you screwed up, not us, not ebay, and not PayPal. You screwed up.

HAHAHAHAHHA The BBB clearly states we work to resolve any issues satisfactorily. Does American Airlines, Sears, and Kmart get BBB complaints? YES what does it matter how many or when if the bottom line is that you resolve them? Whats ebays and paypals answer to complaints? We all know the answer lock or suspend your account without hearing the other side in due dilligence. So you still can not admit that you screwed up. I have no problem giving out information regarding what I am selling and how I am selling it. I also understand the rules of the forum and posting that information could be taken as spam (I will not promote my own web page saying it does not belong to me) as some other people have (you have).
My creditability is not at stake here, yours is. Your the one that came to this forum posted information that you thought as important and tried to pass the information like you did not have a grudge against both eBay and PayPal. If other people had posted the same information, there would have never been this out cry. However, since you posted it, that caused the out cry.
I am far from a PayPal cheerleader, in fact, if you have read my posts regarding PayPal, I am very critical of the service. Since I have those feeling toward PayPal, I have enough integrity not to use it. I do not bash it in one thread, get a judgement against the service and then go back and use it again.
Then scream when I have the same problem again. You claim that PayPal will regret not having your business and the same with eBay. Almost everyone will disagree with that. In fact, they will not miss you at all.
In fact, I am done argueing with as well. Everyone that reads these threads knows the truth and that is your mission is to sell crapware and items that could possibily be illegal. You sell a list of people that sell DVD that sell them, as in your add, even before they get to the theater. We all know how they get them and there is no way that it is legal.
You are a scam artist and appearantly you are very good at it.
All I will say is that this id that I post with here is not my ID on both Ebay and Yahoo.

Complaint : No product, not return e-mails, NO CLASS, all buyers beware
Complaint : my FIRST negative eBay comment - no trees, no e-mail response. Caveat emptor!
Complaint : PD. W/ PAYPAL. NEVER GOT MY TREES and NO ANSWER TO E-MAILS , out $31.59 :0(
Complaint : sent payment no response no nothing!!! This non-person's a freakin' thief!!!!!!!
Complaint : Grievance against the non-response of shipping queries for 20 days, dead bid.
Complaint : Item ends on the 8th sent payment the 10 via paypal, emailed twice no response
