It must be nice to be 100% RIGHT all the time. I think I've already proven that I was not 100% wrong last time (incidently that was the exact phrase that gave me such an interest in this post!). I also don't think I'm wrong in this case (I've carefully read the User Agreement and don't see anything that I've breeched). However, I'm more than willing to abide by any request made by an AuctionWatch administrator.
posted on October 10, 2002 08:24:08 AM newI merely wrote the description of the item; I absolutely DID NOT give you permission to tell others how to find the auction in question.
yeahwell, when you give enough info here to find your auction you risk others searching for it, whether you give permission or not. Some will do this because most of us have been around long enough to know that there are always two sides to each story.
You haven't mentioned whether you heard back from the seller or not and if you tried to work things out in a friendly way.

yeahwell,
you posted looking for help and yet you deleted your posts after someone found the item on ebay.
why??
if this is a case of buyer remorse, there is no need to deny or hide.
so your 400 dollars investment is at risk and you are afraid you will not be able to resell at a profit,we are trying to help you with your situation-some one said it is buyer remorse, someone said it is too early for swedes to come to the pc,someone said file chargeback or work with the seller.
if you have not heard from the seller, dont give up.
if he would not accept return and refund, ask him to make a partial refund for the pieces with no border.

yeahwell, thank you editing your post and showing once again why you really posted... you wanted sympathy/empathy for not getting the bargin you thought you were going to get.
At this point I bid you good day, and hope the seller just washes their hands of you.
You don't deserve anymore consideration on this matter.

Aw shucks, taint nuthin', Ma'am.
But having dispensed such sage advice, I understand how this situation came about. yeahwell has tons of positive feedback, so she's not a newbie. It wasn't a bidding war; her one bid took the item. How galling it must have been to get the lot and realize that she should have asked more questions. I've had it happen to me.
