I can't wait to hear her reply. I have blocked this psycho from my auctions and I hope others here have as well. What a silly person.

Good for you sleepyboy!! If that email doesn't get her attention, she's beyond help. I seriously doubt that she will neg you. You called her bluff and she backed down. If she does neg you, it's EXTREMELY important that you not respond for at least a day or two. Take time to draft a careful, professional, well worded response that will make her look like a blithering fool and make you look like a victim.

I would probably have writen much the same,
but I don't think you should have invited responces to questions.

sleepyboy-
Just blocked her from my auctions as well. I could not imagine having to deal her (as a buyer or seller)...
Good luck with your future auctions.

Glad you decided to stand up to this buyer sleepboy. As a seller hereself she should have know what flat shipping rate means. You are clearly in the right and you did the right thing by including the ebay rules that she is violating with your response.

Block this bidder, expect the neg, get over it and then move on.

She replied to me. She said, 'Thanks for the heads up. I had bought the top off ebay, didn't fit, so I decided to auction it off. I copied the ad from the seller I bought it from, and will be changing the shipping and handling charge'

ok......

Good for you sleepyboy, I'm glad your not giving in.

She's on my blocked list also.

This just gets better and better. She ripped off the previous seller's (copyrighted) description and pictures and posted them without reading them? Did she have permission?

Here's another interesting ob ... the two pix of the top itself (not the Britney pic) are linked to a homestead site and the Britney pic is linked to her own AOL site. Is she leeching bandwidth, too?

Here's the exact quote from her email:

So I copy and pasted some of what was in the previous auction to make things easier. I did this late last night and was tired and
have a mean cold, so I missed changing the price. I will go back and fix it
though...thanks for the heads up!

So she had a cold and was tired and missed it?

dunno, has she changed the price yet?
