Yikes..I'd have the willies for weeks, especially after reading the feedback from others and wondering what she did to them. I would get in touch with them and find out.

And..

If this isn't a good example of why it's smart to use a P.O. box for eBay dealings, I don't know what is!

SHOP4HSHOES IS LYING!!! I DID NOT LEAVE A PACKAGE ON HER PORCH!!!

If I am nearby a customer, I will come by in person and leave their order. There is nothing wrong with that and many like the personal touch. I am in Florida and she is in Texas. Not nearby.

You should not have left copies of my feedback on this board. That is only for people that want to purchase from me not the whole world. I told you that I mailed your order today. I had a fmily energency that is out of my hands. Pray you never have one. I am reporting this board to ebay. They will supend you for badmothing my good reputation with buyers.

On sencond thought - given that this is their first post I am wondering if the Diva here might not be a local - One that is already established to have issues.

Shop4shoes never mentioned your eBay ID on this board, so no one will be able to tell who you are unless you divulge it. The fact remains that SOMEONE left a pair of shoes at her house that evidently corresponds with an auction she won from you.

shop4shoes

I'm sorry this happened to you--it's very disconcerting to know that your privacy was violated. Is is possible that your cat pulled the box from the front of the house to where you found them?

I do live in FLORIDA! I don't know who you sent shoes to in Texas, but it wasn't me. There is nothing wrong with personally delivering a package as long as you have the buyer's permission. Your auction stated priority shipping and that is what I expected.

The shoes left on my patio are the same ones that I won from you. I did not bid on any other auctions for the same shoes. In fact, you were the only seller I could find that had them.

I am not trying to defraud you. I want my shoes in the condition, I paid for them.

Is is possible that your cat pulled the box from the front of the house to where you found them?

It is big for that. If it had been something small and light, I would have immediately questioned him.

If I read correctly, it sounds like a new pair of shoes are on the way. The seller might be a little weird but at least she's sending another(?) pair.

Sounds to me like there's a new pair of shoes on their way to Texas, which is the wrong part of the country.

Uh oh..somebody's story just sprung a leak! Anybody got a mop?

ROFL Typical response from someone who "protects" one of her buds...

DesignerDiva take a breath and write some comprehensive message so we can understand what you are saying....

Did you drive the shoes over?

Did you leave them on the BACK porch? After 10PM?

IF so WHY?

I emailed the seller again with the address where the shoes were left. I asked her to double check her records. It is obvious she has me confused with someone living in Texas.

Trai: That looks exactly like one of my cats (not the mangler) if you put a bottle of Jack Daniels next to him. Does your fellow have blue eyes?

At worst, shop4shoes bought her cat a $300 cat toy.

Thanks for perking me up...

I am going to take the shoes to a repair shop on Monday. If they can be repaired, I would accept reimbursement for the repairs.

Shops,
If you know those shoes are from her/him, why dont you just let it go at that?
Sounds like the person is trying to make a graceful exit out of a bad move. You get a brand new pair of shoes, no harm done -- end of story, no??

I got your mail shop4hsoes. I am pttting my answer to it here so you can not lie about my answer and people here will know I am not a bad seller.

I confused you with another person in Texas. I am apologetic. I leave your package on the back porhc of your house. My mother is in the hpspital there and I emailed that I would visit her yesterday and drop off the order. It left it late but not too late after I was visiting my mother. It was and after 10:30 night. I had a hard time to find your house. I knocked FIRST and you didnt answer. You got the shoes The cat is not my fault. You have to watch your cat.

I will give you part of your shipping payment back. I am not a cheat. If this satisfy you I will refund the part of the shipping.

First, you did not get permission from the buyer to drop off the product.

Second, when you attempted to make contact by knocking and did not receive an answer, you did not then mail the shoes, you just left them there.

Third, by going to the back of the house you invaded the privacy of the homeowner, and possibly trespassed, especially since it was at an unreasonably late time of night.

Fourth, since you did not get permission to leave them, you had no way of knowing if the homeowner had an animal or burglar that might get into the box.

You definitely owe shop4shoes a COMPLETE REFUND on this transaction (or a replacement of the shoes) because you are totally in the wrong. If she paid for insured shipping, they would have been delivered by a postal worker or held for her at the post office, both of which would have been completely safe options. If you do not give her a refund, I hope she takes you to small claims court. She does not deserve to be out any money at all for this because you did not handle this in a professional or even sensible manner.
