When you get your item back and refund this "winner" what I would do then is file a NPB on this person. There is no reason that you should lose all of your fees because the improper actions of this bidder.
Bottom line is that they did not pay you if you have to refund due to a charge back threat. When the right time comes then file for your FVF. In the feedback just put "Refused to pay" which is after all the truth.
If you get lucky someone else may have filed on this clown and their sorry azz will be gone.
No point in letting this dimwit get away with a blackmail tactic. Do make sure you block them both on your auctions and Email.

DB - Muerdame. Read my posts in any one of the weekly occurances of this question. I say why I do it and why I do it and that my actions are ones that many here would not agree with. So many times those threads are filled with such righteous indigantion that I decided to have a little fun.
If this offends you, since I certainly will not be filtering my input to meet with your approval,it might be easier on your sensibilities to just put my on ignore.
