I collect Olympic pins. I'd been looking for an Athelets pin from Trinidad and Tobago since the games in 1984 until I won this auction in 1999, 15 years. When I saw the pin, it was the first and still the only time I've ever seen one on Ebay (I understand only 75 were made, they are VERY tough and only members of the team from Trinidad and Tobago got them...). This was before I knew about sniping, so I just went ahead and bid $150. Then to make sure, I bid $300, Then to make double sure, I bid $450. I ended up getting it for $8.50 plus $1.50 shipping. I now have EVERY dated team pin from Los Angeles...

Oh wow, too many things to mention but off the top of my head are two vintage purses I wanted. That was back in the day..... when there much far fewer buyers and sellers. I miss those days LOL!
