Claude, yes I went through the filing of a non paying bidder and got my FVF back- big yip LOL. The process involves going through the dispute console file a NPB then wait 7 days for answer or response from bidder then close the dispute and got fee back for final value fee. That was granted fine. Think I will email Ebay again and tell them I went through their NPB filling etc and Item strike was granted so why go through Square trade.... Sure would like to know why they make rules that are so STUPID>>>>Their last email said I would have to go through mutual??? square trade BS and have it mutually removed???? Now how hog wash is that. The bidder does not want the item and why argue over it. They are type people that could care less and apparently if I did that then their negative would be removed also.???? I think it a shame that if the person bids and gets a non paying bid strike agains them that they even have the option tno leave feedback when it is them not wanting to follow through. My feedback speaks for itself but theirs now sucks in my opinion hope others go look at what feedback they have leftnot just left for them.
I could understand negative if I had refused to sell to them but that is not case. Plus they changed their minds on another guy apparently cause they left feedback neutral for him that said "I changed my mind you have too many negatives and I might get a lemmon." QUote! Even that poor seller got had by them. His feedback is private but my buyers feedback for them shows up in their feedback under tab left for others.
Will post again if I hear anything different at ebay. I think they should have someone look at all the details of complaintents dispute console buyers answers and then remove such retaliatory negatives. ONLY good thing about the negative they left me was that they left this feedback for me: also my response.
"I received some much better mats for my birthday so i didnt need them."

Maybe it is jut me but though this was a negative feedback it shows what a jerk they are.
Only problem is that when no one bothers to look at the negative and what it says and only sees that 1 negative up in top box feedback rating they just see negative not who it is from and what is said unless they scroll through pages to find it this is later when you have other feedback move it down the list and it is not right up top. Showing what a dip $hit they really are. LMAO Sorry this thread is so long I get wordy when I am ticked off. LOL but thanks for reading and replying.

Didn't I read somewhere that at Ebay's last convention in San Jose, that they were going to work on the feedback system where newbies with 0 behind their name, wouldn't be able to leave negative feedback. Were they blowing smoke up our *ss?

Hi miscellany I think they blow smoke a lot. .........LOL
I just wrote ebay again and told them we sellers make Ebay their money and Ebay expects US to jumb through hoops for any justice at all. I know it will do no good but did it anyway. Looks like Ebay would treat us sellers better than they do. if it were not for us they would not make any money.......Also told them they should charge bidders fees for their NON paying bids and withdrawals........ Might stop a lot of NPB in my opinion. Make them sign up with a credit card just for that purpose. Charge them a lot. LOL
I did find out I could and do have option to put it through a review with Ebay Motors where it was listed --- a review BUT that is a $100.00 cost to seller. Now ain't that sweet----- for who the one making the $100.00? HOW totally unfair 99% of their rules are to sellers...........Ebay wake up!

Got another one: sold 2 items to a buyer in Germany. (I mostly sell to Europe, so hush up when you have something against foreigners)
It’s been a while, but as far as I remember she was a little flaky but paid in a timely fashion (not right away but not late either) So I send my package to Berlin (where she lives) and hear nothing for about 2 months. Then the package comes back with stamps from the post office saying that delivery was attempted several times , package was held at PO and never picked up.
So I email her. Since shipping is an issue I offered her a choice (did not really want to deal with her again and wasn’t pressing the issue) Either she pays for re-shipping or I will refund her minus shjpping and eBay fees (too late for refund).
I did emphasize that I will need her account information to refund the money
-- please! Bear in mind that this is no big deal in Europe! And it was not a matter of mis-communication, either. I AM German.
For about a week I hear nothing. Then an email: where the He## is my money? So I explain to her that eBay does not require me to be able to read my buyer’s minds and conjure up accounts and that I would have loved to refund the money if given a chance. 2 days later she sends me her info and I refund. And neg her, telling the true story as short as I can and have to.
Her FB is private, mine is not. She accused me of being mean, defrauding her and so on. I saved the envelope and I wrote in my response that I can prove she’s insane.
Well, with her 2 negs (my first) I still have 99.9% positive.
Her private FB now looks a little like “ I got something to hide”. Dragged her down to like 80%. Boohooo.
If nothing else this proves that you have nuts everywhere! And being a newbee on eBay does not help!

Yes, getting negatives that are especially from newbies OR people's feedback that is private is the pits. my feedback was only brought down to 99.8% hers is at 50% now with neg I left her. sure hope that other seller who got a crappy neutral goes in and leaves her a negative too.
My newbie is definately a squirrel from way back.
I am much calmer now but was real pi@#%&%#$@#%$ in begining. LOL thought it was a negative her comment proved her a loooooooser and dimwit at that.
Talking about private feedbacks what is up with that? we still see numbers and statistics. Just makes me think they are hiding stuff.
Well like I have always hear---There is fungus amoung us.....
