I will not bank on USPS to ALWAYS give me back the money ,USPS IS KNOWN TO DENY claims from internet sellers.
Some countries have high fraud rate,I dont expect our postal system to pay for the fraud of other countries.
Remember EMS,it used to cover up to 500 dollars insurance,and they cut it back to how much??
Also even if our post office agrees to pay,it could take a long time with paperworks going back and forth.
/ lets all stop whining !! /
