I helped as much as I could. I know people here are very knowledgeable and helpful and always give good advice. Thought worth a try.
My uncle can communicate, but not very good at witting letters...

Anyway, I just wondered if anyone had a similar experience or knows how to appeal properly.

Paypal account of course is best when selling on ebay, I would be turned off myself if someone did not accept it.

What if they change Ebay e-mail, (to keep feedback) and open new Paypal account under new business name?

neglus:

that sounds like a good advice.
customer svce rep we got was rude, very short with me.
supervisor was not as rude, he "understands our side too", but no hlp what so ever.
I asked for any way to appeal it, they said go ahead, but it is truly useless.

Better for you to accept paypal payments for them.
You can set up another email addr on Paypal, but I am afraid you have to sort out which is yours and which is theirs.

1. Contact an attorney. Many attorneys will give a free consultation.

2. Open a BidPay account.

You could try taking Paypal to small claims court. It should only cost about a $50 filing fee.
