"Classic, just because someone bids on an expensive item or 1,000 expensive items doesn't mean they have money !!!!!

...bidding is free"

this is true-I actually meant it as a joke, thats why I had the smileys after my statement.Anyone with zero feedback starts bidding on that many expensive items,I figured it was a scam to begin with.I could be wrong, but I bet none of these people will get paid.

Don't do it, don't do it, don't do it.

Have done - 3x - and lost out every time.

Including a customer who paid by PayPal echeck and then cancelled her payment after I shipped.

I recently shipped an item to a US buyer before receiving payment (but didn't tell them) after they said they sent a money order. Well they got the package the same day I got the MO, so we are both very happy. However I'll only do it with eBayers with a long track record and glowing feedback. I've only had two problems getting payment from USA buyers since 1997 and both were quickly and efficently resolved through the helpful office of the USPS Postal Inspectors.

Hi
I had a lady that bought a New lighter from me and I have a lot of them. I sold a lot of them and no one complained that it didn't work except her. It was for a Christmas present she said.
Well I told her send it back and I'll send you another one.
In this case I didn't wait for the return of the lighter because then she would not have received the replacement in time for xmas, so I sent her a new one. ....It took 7 days for her first class package to be returned to me, if I waited she never would have received the new one for xmas, it was only coming from VA to NY.

But if someone asked me to ship before I received payment I would not do it. And if they were in a rush for the item then they should use paypal so they can get it quick. And if you don't take paypal then she should have found a seller that takes payment so then she might get it fast.

Happy Holidays Everyone!!!

Well..it has been a week now since the auction ended and I still do not have the payment. I am going to email her and tell her that I have not mailed it and am still waiting for the mo. She lost out on one of the corvettes but has the top bid on a honda passport that ends tomorrow.
