Tom, have you considered the complete liqued food diets, here is one I found.

"SPIZ is also excellent as a total Meal Replacement drink for dieters who want to lose weight without losing muscle tone. Since it is nutritionally complete, it satisfies the body while minimizing cravings. It can also help geriatric folks who are trying to maintain or increase lean body mass".

I know you are not trying to lose weight, but something like this can give you the nutrition that you need.

I am an RN, and I used to have patients who lived on these supplements for years because for some reason they couldn't take solid food. Local pharmacies should have something similar.

I may do it this week if I cannot come up with something conviently SOFT to eat...

THANKS!

Tom - Ensure Plus is a good supplement! The chocolate shake flavor is the best. It's actually pretty good. When I had the flu last year I lost quite a bit of weight. The Ensure helped me to put it back on. If you can't eat, I'd recommend you drink the Ensure Plus.

Tom,

Has any of your doctors mentioned Trigeminal neuralgia? I don't remember all your symptoms but we have a relative that was just diagnosed with this and it is very painful, also took the physicians to come to this conclusion after a "year" of testing and pain.

Tom - try DanActive to help calm your stomach no matter what you eat. I have a case of upset tummy every now and then, not as bad as your's - I'm sure, but it helps me.

Glassgirl - that was funny - glad you didn't edit it out.

Yeah, I thought of Tic Delareaux, but this ain't that, because the pain lasts about 12-18 hrs everyday, and averages around a 6 (1-10), so, I don't think so...but THANKS for the tip...
