He didn't care that he lost a sale. That's what annoys you.

Why rant against Powersellers, rant against any seller that does not fulfill their "promises" to your satisfaction?

Your point's well taken, but in my experience, it's usually powersellers who are the worst at communication with potential buyers.

Ya, profe, you'll never find sellers in here whining about lack of sales

I noticed that mingo. How nice to be fighting off buyers like mosquitos.

When a seller does not answer the question where is the item made or the manufacturers name it is made out of the USA and is probablt junk. I would never bother to ask the question again it is a waste of your time.

I have been a powerseller since the program started and answer every question no matter how stupid and I am offended that you put us all in one group because some are jerks.

I have some stupid buyer but I don't call all my buyers stupid.

Toolhound, I understand your taking exception to my statement. As I said above though, this is in my experience with powersellers I've dealt with personally. When I buy, I pay within minutes of the close of auction. I don't make requests unreasonably either before or after the sale and I have never griped about shipping costs. I read every single word of an auction twice and am a very good reader. Most of what I have sold on Ebay has been fairly high dollar collectibles. I haven't sold a lot but have sold enough to understand how I should behave as a buyer. I'm an easy and reliable customer in short. I certainly haven't dealt with more than a tiny fraction of the powersellers who do business on Ebay, but the vast majority of those I have dealt with were slow to leave feedback and poor communicators. On the other hand, the vast majority of small sellers I've dealt with are the exact opposite. I can only suppose that the high volume dealers are often overwhelmed with the details of keeping thousands of listings going and just can't or won't take the time to put a little human touch into what they do. That human touch makes the difference for me in a good transaction, and I daresay I'm not alone in that regard. My apologies for having offended you.
