Sure. I guess I'm puzzled by your question. If something is breakable and fragile, you pack it securely so it can't be broken. Right?
For example, I would double-box anything breakable, like a Lladro figure for example, or I would wrap it in small-cell bubble wrap, then large-cell bubble wrap, then "float" the resulting bundle in a sturdy cardboard box surrounded on all sides by at least 2 inches of packing peanuts. And I would of course charge the buyer enough to pay for this packaging.

I package everything very securely, double boxes, bubble wrap, peanuts, etc, etc, but if it is run over by a truck (and a few of my customers told me the package looks like it was), breakage can happen. The PO will not reimburse insurance if they deem it was not properly packaged anyway. So, since they have paid on inusrance,I guess it was properly packaged, but somehow managed to get broken.
