He's always late to the party, isn't he?

Wow, am I behind the times here. I remember the thread very well but can't remember the person who started it. What really blows me away is I didn't know that AW wiped out it's "search" (archives)!
Did this happen recently?

Around the 3rd week in January, Nobs. Now a search of eBay Outlook or RoundTable threads will only go back 6 months. (Some threads of the little used forums still do go back as far as 1998.)

Hi Nobs,

Good to see you.
If I could see the thread, I might remember the incident. Lots of great posts and stories gone with the loss of the old threads. We really should have done an anthology.

I may not remember certain threads, but I do remember my posts. And I am sure that I did nothing to scare the woman in question. Such behavior is entirely out of character for me. Longtime posters know this, but newer ones may actually think you're serious, krs.

Thank you Irene and Antiquary!
It's a shame that AW chose to delete old threads - wish I would have kept some of the more memorable threads.

BTW, Spaz I have been waiting to see you to tell you how very much I enjoyed the Maxfield Parrish prints you posted. One of my favorites (one of many ).

Off to see the ice skating European finals - it's something I try not to miss!

Have a happy day y'all. And if you live in the Northeast (esp. the seaboard like I do, better stock up on milk, bread and what you need, it looks like we're gonna get walloped
with a major snowstorm/blizzard!

Hi Nobs,

Glad you liked them. kazoo recently posted to a thread to say the same thing. I responded with another Parrish image. Both kazoo's post and my reply were deleted as being off-topic.

Geez, what goes through the minds of the mods? I just can't fathom it! Now, we have to stay on topic. That is really gonna ge difficult for me, I usually talk spontaneously. And I miss folks here and there and when I see them I may have something that I want to tell them that doesn't neceesarily follow the topic - much like everyday conversation.
Anyhow - I did adore them! Thank you!

NOBS! If you're still around, more detail on the snowstorm/blizzard, please!

I live in Maine - is it going that far north?
