Will follow up with a call to Power-Seller support later today. This will be a wasted 15 minute exercise for me but will add points to their annoyance level. When enough of us complain they MIGHT look into it. In the meantime, Thursday is usually my busiest day and so far, business is dead.

I called Store support number - the first time the problem seemed to have gone away so it was a "never mind" kind of call. I hung up and it started happening again so I called Store Support again. This time the Stores Support person could replicate and so could a technician. They said this was the first report of the problem (odd because Ina already has it on her Blog) and since it was confirmed by a technician they could start working on it. Not holding my breath.

My new Dell laptop with XP came this week, so I've loaded TurboLister on it. After a couple of days of auctions, I have some observations:
1) It is easier finding old auctions that are > 30 days but < 90 days. The way I used to do it was slow and cumbersome. Score one point for TL.
2) I don't like the spacing between auctions. It looks as though the only way to cope with this is to either pay extra to schedule them or upload smaller batches.
3) It is definitely much faster listing this way, but most of mine this week are relists of items that didn't sell or listing another identical item. It's unclear if there would be any time savings (over the way I used to do it in SYI) in listing, say, 50 original items one after the other. Certainly the latency--which is waiting for eBay to go to the next page--would be greatly reduced or eliminated.
