Thanks Penny! I hadn't thought of BidStart! I thought that it synched instantly . I will see what I can do.

Good...I hope it helps.
EBay sure don't think of the Buyers (or the Seller's families) when they leap to action leaving everyone up in the air.
I think the Bidstart people will be far more understanding and helpful. Mark seems to be available and is a 'real person' as opposed to the EBay Machine!
If you can either check or Mark can check to see how her synching is set and maybe he can just set it to leave everything as-is for now and either he or you can put a hold on new purchases and a notice in her Store.
