Now I have one aol bidder that emailed me from another earthlink address and when I replied that one comes back " Quota violation". I've tried both through AW and she's not getting them.

LOL Too funny, you do have a way with words! I'll have to remember that next time I get a reply that raises my BP, it is so true.
Reminds me of a few years ago when I was there though. I got flamed for asking how to cut/paste because "that's the first thing you learn to do". Obviously not, I learned to list auctions as my first thing!

We have the same problem here every auction batch we get at least 5 people who "need info on how to pay" although we have given extensive instuctions on how to copy and paste the auctionwatch URL into their browsers address box some people Know how and it is not a problem but most aol, compuserve and attbi.net Users cannot click or do not know how to copy and paste the URL This is a common complaint on this board. Is There anything that the engineers can do to bypass this process if the Winning Bidders ISP is on of the above or maybe by including the ways to pay and attaching an invoice in the WBN.

Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it a simple matter of AW adding the html code <a href="http://www.blahblahblah"> AOL users click here!</a> to make the link clickable for them in the WBN?
Of course, it may be a moot point if AOL users don't even receive the WBN.
