If you have issues with a specific moderator, please take it to email with that individual, or send an email to [email protected]. We won't allow the public disparagement of any member of the Moderation Team here. We wouldn't do that to you and it's unfair for you to do it to us. Again, please don't go there.

Spaz, in the now-defunct MC you called me a hypocrite. That is a direct insult to another poster. Stop throwing rocks. I have every right to express an opinion, whether or not it jives with your own. I want you BANNED, BANNED, BANNED!!!
Pat, my comment was not intended to disparage the moderation staff at all. I think you guys are doing a decent job. However, the RT is a completely inappropriate place to discuss moderation issues.
And if I can read the stars correctly, there will be no more discussion allowed regarding specific moderation calls. And just today I thought you guys were heading in the right direction. Hmmm.

The Moderators Corner is gone. Whatever was there is old news, and I'm certainly not going to moderate it at this point.
Also, I do hope that smilie at the end of the first paragraph of your post indicates that you were speaking tongue in cheek.
There will be discussion of specific moderation calls. They'll take place in email between the moderator and the affected member.
What will not happen is turning the Round Table into a substitute for the Moderators Corner.
Hope that clarifies.

In the interest of historical accuracy, since it was the last active Moderator's Corner thread, I wish to point out that twinsoft's representation of what was stated in that thread is conveniently inaccurate.
I referred to twinsoft's post as "Sheer hypocrisy." I did not call him a hypocrite. Such is the difference between addressing the post and not the poster, a concept some AW commentators have yet to grasp.

I am going to miss the Moderators Corner. Often it was misused, but it did serve a purpose. There were times I felt it should be enlarged, from the Moderators Corner to the Moderators Wing...
About opening threads in the Round Table concerning a Moderation issue....

....this may have to be revised.
