You know what else would be great.... If I could organize my photos in folders in Sales Manager just as I do in SMP. Scrolling through hundreds of photos sucks!

I'd like a Shipping Calculator...or, at least, a UPS rate calculated at Checkout like USPS Priority mail. I can include my own shipping calculator (Zonalyzer) in my listings with USPS and UPS, but then I can't send WBNs until I get the buyers ZIP for the UPS Ground rate.
How 'bout calculating the UPS rate at Checkout, too?

How about the ability to customize the export of postsale listings (as an excel/text delimited spreadsheet where I can choose the fields I need). If I could import my ebay orders into our CRM software, it would save a ton of time.

Most needed for me is some way for buyers to be forced to let me know in their first response to my WBN whether their shipping address is residence or business.
And ditto on shipping calculator for UPS/FedEx, copy function for inventory items, and "eBay-like" indicators of items that will sell, colored notation of those w/ bids, etc. and totalling of bid amounts and the like.

This is a really little thing... When creating a listing, I really wish that the box for the item description didn't have the words "The item description will be here." I find it annoying and cumbersome to always have to be sure I grab the whole sentence before pasting my description, so that it isn't in the item description.
How about "The item description will be in the box below." above the box?

Looks like you have a full plate, but I will add my 2¢ just the same:
Post Sales search function is way too limited. When I get a payment that only has an auction number (I use multiple BIN auctions) and an Email address that doesn't match the buyers address, I could really use some more options while I play detective. How about 'Search by Bidder ID' or searching by time frame, or partial string matches?
I want Customizable interface. In my post sales, I use 1. WBN 3. mark paid and 6. item shipped. I also use 7 and 9 for feedback. It would be nice to only have checkboxes for these.
I WANT AUTOMATED NON-PAYING BIDDER ALERTS AND FINAL AUCTION FEE CREDITS!!!! Puuuuleeeze Santa!!
I want control over where my browser goes when I sign into vendio. I have no use for customer manager right now, so why would I want to go there EVERY STINKING TIME I log in. It's like having your car radio play a one minute used car lot ad every time you turn the key. It just wears you down after a while... maybe I will start walking more.
I want a downloadable desktop application that does everything I do on the Vendio website without having to wait for a website to respond. This would be awesome for dial up users. The app should put network commands into a que so users can work on other things instead of waiting for the internet to load after every command. It's just a matter of time before someone comes up with a really sharp application, and I see them eating the competition for lunch.
I want to NOT be nickeled and dimed to death. Everywhere I turn there is a fee fee fee fee fee. There are too many plans with too many optional features. It is just plain confusing.
I want a more intuitive interface. It is a full time job just keeping up with all the controls on this website. I am not sure how to fix it, but I can tell it's broken. How about for starters using more logical names for things. "Global Account Prefferences"?!?!? Give me a break, what is that suposed to mean? Try pulling someone off the street and have them try to navigate this site. Be sure to clear your afternoon schedule because your gonna be there a loooong time.
I never read the announcments. why? Because it seems to be the same message for days and days that never applies to me.
My 2¢,
Rob

A "Select All" button control on the bulk mail screen of Customer Manager so we don't have to check off 60-70 or more bulk messages one by one to delete them.
Perhaps the thinking was a worry that an email would get accidentally deleted that wasn't spam, but moving any questionable ones first to active would solve it in a flash and then there wouldn't have to be dozens of little boxes to check to get rid of the rest of the garbage.
Happy Holidays and Happy New Year.

I want a shipping address exporter that will actually work with Fedex and the listings from SMP to go to the online inventory like it used to.

I would really like to be able to log in to Vendio and STAY logged in. Just like on e-Bay and many other sites. At least have the option of choosing to stay logged on on not. I know that this is probably a security issue, but I am the only one that uses my computer, and it would sure save time when surfing the web and then you need to go back to Vendio. The second thing I would really, really like, is that when we apply for credit from e-Bay for non-payers, Why could't we get it from Vendio at the same time???
And Yes, Keep up the good work...I appreciate that...WCP

Oh, Yes, one more thing. I wish we had the option of only accepting PayPal in our StoreFront Gallery! Where the customer would have to pay for it before the sale is completed. It would sure eliminate the deadbeats that use the shopping cart, I get charged for the sale, and then they never pay...frustrating...thanks...WCP

Well these posts have been great. How about when we sent reminder notices that the auction and no. are on the email too. Keep improving WBN to have less complaints from customers maybe less easier link up or at least in larger button format.

I would like my foreign customers to be able to change the shipping amount manually. I get emails almost every day saying they can't change the shipping, and I have to tell them to skip the Vendio checkout process and make payment directly from Paypal, where they can change the shipping amount. It seems like this is a no-brainer--so many buters are non-U.S., and they have to pay more for shipping, so why can't they change the shipping amount when checking out? Way too many of them don't even bother trying at all and try to pay the U.S. shipping rate, and I then have to ask them to send the difference in a second Paypal payment.

I personally love the checkout. I understand that some people don't so if you make a change please make it an option and don't do away with it.
I would like the ability to combine items manually. We could do this before, but one day it was gone. Example...I had a customer write and ask me to add an item. I couldn't do it. When I added a separate purchase, I couldn't combine the two.
I would also like REPORTS.
Please take control of Sales Tax away from the customer. The only people who pay are the ones who don't have to.
I would also like to see calculated postage on First Class. And maybe International.
Subtitles on Store Categories and the ability to have an item in more than one category.
And the last on my list...It would be very helpful to be able to copy inventory items. Most of my items are the same thing only a different color or breed. I only need to change one or two words and the pictures.

Sub categories for store categories. That way potential customers can navigate easier than having to look at every item under the category.

For "Christmas" I would like to see a "Select All" button control on the bulk mail screen for CM so we can delete the masses of bulk mail without having to check off each one by one. The thinking is probably that individual attention will keep us from accidentally deleting a non-bulk message. But most of this stuff isn't worth reading a second time and the mail could be scanned to restore any to the active list that were questionable errors before deletion as a safeguard. 2 clicks are definitely better than 60+ clicks!
Thanks, and Happy New Year to all.
