kraftdinner: Thank you, but the real debt I owe is to my wife. She helped me quit doing drugs, drinking booze (6 years dry now), and helped me with the hardest habbit I ever fought~ciggaretts! She prayed, we conquered, and I am clean, though not undamaged. My hope is that others will get smart a lot faster then I did.

Powerhouse, somehow "she-dog" didn't fit into the context of what I was trying to portray. I was trying to use a word that rhymes with "witch", heh, heh.
Rick, my comment about cigarette smoking wasn't aimed toward you. It was a comment aimed at the "non-specific" general public that find cigarette smoking the most heinous of social crimes, yet think legalizing hard core drugs will solve all our crime problems.
I congratulate you on your sobriety, a truly wonderful gift....I know about these things...it's been 17 years for me.

KatyD: Congrat's on your long road, and I am sorry for misinterpiting your post. Please accept my humble apology. Somedays I have a hard time thinking what the next day will be like (being sober), and 17 years is a major accomplishment! Have a coffee (or soda, or whichever) on me!

The State Department official said: "For a number of years, the United States has provided assistance to Peru in detecting and monitoring suspect aircraft passing through designated airspace in an effort to stem the flow of illegal drugs. This is a United States government program in which a number of U.S. agencies are involved,
including the State Department, the Central Intelligence Agency, the Department of Defense, the Drug Enforcement Administration and others.
