Hi All!!! 
Thanks for the joke Zilvy - I hadn't heard that one before but I have seen the joke before... I'd better explain what I mean...
We have pay tv in our house and I pretty much have my set glued to the comedy channel. In between shows they sometimes show entries from some comedy short film festival. A film version of that joke was one of the entries!!! And let me tell you - you saw everything - no pixelation  Gotta love good old uncensored pay tv!

you mean by BAS I have grown to
hate those letters. That is what I have
been working on for the last few days.
I can so sorry and you know I really
mean it. I hate John Howard, but mind
you I would hate anyone who gave us
something like BAS. I would say
have fun, but it is no fun at all is it.
Hello Pharlap so you sit glued to
the TV hey, it sounds like my kids' except
they sit glued to the Playstation.

Hi everyone!!! Oh god, Netta I'm so frustrated!!! Well, I managed to create a new password for my site and got in O.K. I left you a message in there to see if you can get it. As for the other site, you know the one I mean, I just cannot access it at all, I think I'll start afresh tomorrow. I've got to the stage at the moment when nothing is going right on the computer.
Anyway, everyone, all is well, REALLY!!!
Forgot to add - I'm allowed out to play for a little while.LOL.

I just thought I had better explain what
Bob and I mean by BAS, for the non Aussies.
It stands for Business Activity Statement, and
we have to do this statement for the tax man every 3 months.
It is a very large pain in the rectum.
You see we are the government's tax
collectors and they like to give us all
of this extra work to do, they obviously do
not think we have a big enough work load so
they are just being kind by giving us a
little extra to keep us busy. Can
you hear the sarcasm dripping from my words.

Hi, Kazanne & Mouse I had
to wait for my husband to get off the
phone, and in the end I unplugged the
connection and put in the business line.
God I thought he was going to be all night,
in fact he is still on the bloody thing.
My daughter says I am a junkie.
Kaz are you talking about the Celestial one. LOL haha The very one
I got locked into. ROTF

Yep, these unknown territories can be pretty scary alright!!! I'll probably be in the same boat tomorrow. LOL 
Eric in a huff!! I told him that it was my turn on the computer, he's stuffed up all the windows icons - he's made them so small that I can't even read them. Hummf!! Men!!!

Netta Gotta go, DH decided that he wants to use the internet for a change and I told him, while he's at it - he can fix the small print. Christ, my eyes are bad enough as it is!!! Phone you tomorrow.
I'll be on here again tomorrow morning at about 7 - 7.30a.m. as well as giving your site another go.  Goodnight everyone, I suppose I'll miss out on another night of fun!!

Ok, I don't know if I have the world's worst isp or modem
or both!  I can't seem to stay online to save my life
tonight. I've tried 4 times now to download a driver
update for my modem. The last one got all the way to
96%

Oh this is about to drive me crazy! I remember I had
this problem before, and I updated the modem driver & fixed it.
Now I can't seem to remember where/how I did it!

Well Mouse you are not the only one to get
confused. Kazanne and I were playing
in our little play area tonight and somehow
we managed to disconnect ourselves a number
of times without any clue how we did it.
Plus we got some strange things come up on the screen that we are not at all sure how
we got them there. LOL hahah

Well at least you understand what you talk
about with updating the modem driver, if you
asked Kazanne or me what that was we would
stare blankly at you. Because we would not
have a clue as to what you were talking.

LOL, it takes a bit of luck to find the right page to
even suggest the idea (thanks to my isp for that info!)
and a lot of reading on what I need and how to do it.
I just found it and finally got it to download!
But since I'm managing to stay online for the time
being, I'm going to install it later.

Hubby thinks part of the problems I'm having is the motherboard
and/or the hard drive. So it looks like we're not quite
through rebuilding this darn thing! It's looking like
just about everything got fried when it blew up, sigh.
The motherboard got replaced, but it had been used
by my brother. Hubby says brother blew up a cpu on
that board and may have damaged it. I swear, if I have
to reinstall and redo my computer anymore I'm gonna
scream!

But you see I was all geared up to work on auctions when
it started. Needless to say I got no work done because
I was off chasing problems.
He's still asleep, so I'm not sure.
Nope, hasn't been decided yet. I'm hoping to be alert enough today to make a phone call or 2 to
try and figure out what's going on with it.

Ok, let's see how long I can manage to stay on this time
Ok, so I downloaded the modem driver finally, installed
the damn thing. Everything the same as last time. I killed
the modem So I stomped my feet and hubby put his modem
in here...temporarily. What else can I break??
At least I fixed the kitchen light! LOL

Hello Mouse, have you made sure that
you do not have any glasses of water, cups
of coffee or tea ect., close by that could
be spilt. If you have any of those things
on your desk.......MOVE IT AWAY SLOWLY.

Actually, I have a glass glass full of Pepsi right next
to me. But I'm more in danger of throwing it than anything
else! I also called on my going back to work today. I was
so frustrated I burst into tears. They are
driving me crazy!
