I have deleted your post and request that you send any such information to the originator via the website mentioned.
You have made speculations regarding some members of AuctionWatch as well as a suspended member that cannot be here to refute what you say, hence the deletion.
The CG's still need to be followed in this thread.

I think this thread has outlived its usefullness and it's getting personal (once again personal rears its ugly head) since the originator seems to have taken leave long ago!

On the principal of the thing, I am NOT in favor of closing threads by the clicking of a moderator button. Rather they should just "die" because nobody posts to them.

I think BidBay is running an investment scam and has no interest in making money through their auction site. If you study their site, you will find the bulk of items listed are listed by only a few people, and they don't sell. Item counts are based on number of items in a dutch auction, rather than individual listings. 'Registered Users' are merely mailing lists that are purchased to run up the numbers.
BidBay is selling itself to private investors, and at first look, it appears to be a legitimate challenge to eBay. If you look under the covers, some of the principals have a history of criminal activity and investment and voting scams. BidBay has been banned from sale in Pennsylvania by the authorities in that state.
If you want verification or more info, feel free to email me at [email protected] for details and links.

I've noticed a decline in the number of items ... yeah, I know ... other auctions sites talk in terms of listings, but we're talking about ...
Oops! Almost mentioned the auction site's name. Wouldn't want to get any panites in a bunch. <ROTFLMAO>
Anyway, I have a plan to help them regain some of those listings.
My plan involves a bucket and a shovel, and a trip to the Jersey Shore where I will then get a shovel full of sand, put it in the bucket and return home.
Then I can legitimately post a dutch auction of 1,000,000 separate grains of sand.
I think the bidding should start at one cent, with fifty cents postage/handling.
Heck, I'll even throw in a Certificate of Authenticity.
So, what do you think of my "plan"?

I realize it takes time to get sales going on a new site. I remember Golds ,and I remember how people complained about them. I have been listing and have had quite a few sales. The Bidbay people have been accommodating. I had some problems getting it together when I purchased a store. We kept missing each other via email, so they called me at home! I was pleasantly surprised. If I have any problems, I email and get a real response, not a canned one.
I am interested in my sales so therefore I do not get into looking at how many items are listed or have bids. As long as I get good customer service from them and I sell items here and then (hopefully more as they mature), (I mainly list on ebay) I am happy. I believe this company has a future. I don't see any value in shooting down an organization that is striving to get a niche in the community. Ebay was no different when it was young. I applaud Bidbay's entrepreneurial efforts. You can't make everyone happy in the world and some one will complain about something if given the chance. (and I include myself in this bunch) So Bidbay, I wish you luck.
