As I mentioned before, I have gotten two unfounded FBs removed. Because those two went to far. It would be nice though if Y! did tighten up a bit on some of the others. I guess they don't want to spend the money, and employees time, looking into what really happened.
Yes, my customers are great too! I think the very highest percentage of all buyers are. I had some of mine do the same thing, praise me as if I could walk on water. After they knew I was negged unjustifiably. It's nice to know that the really nice, understanding people, see what is going on. They make hanging in there, very worthwhile.
Possibly another side benefit is when you neg these people back, and stand your ground, calmly. Other possible buyers like these types heed the warning. They know you will not be intimidated if they act the same way. Your record will do you well. Anyone with an ounce of common sense, will see what is happening. If they don't, they probably fit in the same category as this person. It's better they move on, and don't bid on your auctions.
