I was wondering if anyone is having problems with Stamps.com. Also if any knows how to get in touch with a real person there and not the automated computer I would greatly appreciate it. you may e-mail ma [email protected]

Virtually (no pun) impossible to communicate with stamp.com
I fought through automated responses, rejecting robotic answers as satisfactory, only to end up with a moron who answered a question that I had not asked.
Forget them and buy stamps yourself....

Don't know about stamps.com but: I used Estamp before they quit doing postage and switched to Simply Postage about 3 months ago. Pros: cheaper than Estamp, printer is faster. Cons: scale limited to 6lbs, blank stamp rolls only available through them (though not overly expensive), no address check like Estamp had.
