I paid for an auction that closed March 23, 2001. Guy keeps telling me to send my address "again" and he will send me "another" copy. Would not confirm if any copies had ever been sent. I asked him to either send me a refund or the item within the next two days. Any suggestions on whom to report seller fraud to. I paid via PayPal; and Ebay requires your item to have cost more than $25.00 before they consider a claim.

Thanks-

What not to do:
Do not do a CHARGEBACK from your credit card to PayPal without first taking ALL of your balance out.
What to do:
Take ALL your money.
Turn off the Paypal Logos in any Auctions.
Remove your credit card number.
Remove your checking account number.
Change your email address.
Have your credit card compay intiate the chargeback.
Say goodby to ever using PayPal again.
