Add me to the pool of sellers getting screwed by PayPal. I'm wondering if there's currently a class action against them? I'm interested in any information. Thanks.

If there is a class action lawsuit, i would also be interested. I want what's rightfully mine, roofguy, plus compensation for all of the TIME i have to WASTE to get it from paypal! PayPal is not supposed to reverse money from your bankaccount- ESPECIALLY without even notifying you. One would think that a PayPal poster boy would at least know that.
Yes, there are people who work, there are people who win lawsuits, AND.. then there's the PayPal way of stealing, bad business, and outright LYING.

ADD ME TO THE LIST. PAYPAL NEVER DID GET BACK MY $8.00 FOR A PURCHASED VIDEO. I NEVER EVEN GOT AN E-MAIL FROM THEM. I SUSPECT THAT THERE ARE MORE FRAUD SELLERS THE HONEST ONES......

Check the posts, Roofguy. The above message was posted before the matter was resolved... at the time that PayPal was insisting that they had nothing to do with the reversal and that I should "balance my checkbook." There was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to suggest restitution of funds from paypal's end. I called PayPal's customer "service" three times and they denied the reversal on all three occasions, even though I explained to them that representatives from my bank informed me that the reversal was clearly initiated by them!! Without help from PayPaldamon, I honestly believe PayPal would still have my $109. I shouldn't have to go through other venues and blow steam just to get what is rightfully mine. If PayPaldamon could help me with my problem, why couldn't the other 3 people I called and whoever (if even anyone!) read the various e-mail I sent them? And if they could not, why didn't they direct me to someone who could, since there are obviously such people?! Violation of TOU is a big deal to me, even if it was only a "clercial error" as they claim.

Yeah me too, Paypal screwed me out of $0.33 and I will not rest until they refund my the full 33 cents, plus $0.02 for my mental anguish

My bad, the 33 cents fell between the cushions of my couch, I have cancelled the lawsuit against them, they are still good in my book (sorry PayPal, lets not fight again)

I also am having problems with Paypal. and it's not for a measly 33 cents. I'm trying to contact this Damon guy. my transaction was supposed to be charged to credit card. They took it out of my bank acct and I didn't know. Which ended up costing me 3 overdraft charges from my bank for $28.00 each. Now if the bank allowed this overdrafts it's because I'd never had any DARNED OVERDRAFTS before.
PaypalDamon answered the query about roofguy's affiliation here
I follow the Paypal forums regularly and roofguy is often effective at getting more details from posters who come here to complain....although the tone of his/her queries is often disconcerting...
Although I tend to often take the side of the complainants, I voiced my opinion about his affiliation in the referenced thread...
