So after having my account restricted for 6 months, having sent 2 checks to Paypal because they instructed me to send the first one to a wrong address and finally getting the replacement to them (less the $20 stop payment fee), I find the above response by Paypal to be unbelievably inept!!!
Okay, now is the time for the "paypaldamon" to take charge. Going on for half a year is ridiculous. I don't have access to a FAX. I WILL NOT USE A COMPANY FAX FOR PERSONAL USE!!

Most Kinko copy centers and libraries have a fax machine which can be used for a small fee....
As PP has a customer service street address as well as their registered InterNIC address, it would seem that sending them the documents (or copies) by registered mail would be possible as well...I wonder why that went astray?
Could you share which address was wrong? Was it the Nebraska one?
Very frustrating for you, to be sure..

Oh, I understand there are places where I can pay to help PayPal do its normal "Fiduciary Responsibility". We agreed on a set amount and I will no longer compromise. The check cleared my bank on 7/2/1, so if I were to FAX it, I would have to wait till August to get the actual check delivered to my home
