Hi all, just a reminder that many countries don't have insurance. An item you buy from outside of the USA might not be insured, so, you are out your high bid, and delivery charge. Boo Hoo!! I learned this the hard way!! So just want to warn any potential bidders that if it's breakable, be careful!! Ask upfront if they can insure the item (my mistake!!). If insurance is not availavle, think three times about bidding!!!

Well it is a risk that we all have to face, isn't it?I sell books and magazines to overseas,in the same token no one wants to insure it because the insurance here is about 2 sometimes 3 times of the value of the book.
If they had insurance would you willing to pay 2 or 3 times as much of the value as the item is.I think the answer would be NO.
So,it is a catch 22.
