X.com states that if you use your line of credit a minimum payment of $50 a month must be paid to the line of credit or it will be withdrawn by them. I used my line of credit, and made several small payment transfers from my account and met the $50.00 minimum (which was the most I had to pay that month). I had $14.00 left in my account. They came and took it anyways and applied it to the line of credit. I emailed them 14 days ago asking them why they took MY money. I got the robot reply acknowledging my email, but no actual response. I also tried to call, but I held for 45 mins on 2 different occasions and never actually got to speak with anyone. Very frustrating experience to say the least.
