Payment Reliability and Services without excuses.
That is what I want in a service, including a online banking service. Well all I have received from X.com thus far is very poor excuses. Horrible customer service.
Well I have been using iescrow.com for months and have found them to be
extremely reliable and quickly responsive to any questions I have. I use it to accept credit card and tell my customers who wish to pay via credit card the following
"I-Escrow (accepts Credit Cards):
1) Go to the following site: < http://www.iescrow.com/
Terms: We will accept this payment type, ONLY if you chose the following options! That buyer (YOU) choose the following options. Buyer pays shipping, (choose non refundable shipping option), buyer (YOU) pays Iescrow fees, and that your inspection period is for 1 (one) day.
You agree that inspection is only for the purpose of insuring you receive the product as advertised. It's free to sign up for the service.
2) Sign up for the service.
3) Following the online instruction for creating a transaction. Use the Auction information contained in this email.
This far iescrow has worked fine but takes about two weeks to cut you a check. So for right now I will opt for reliability and good service over the supposed convenience that X.com and others claim but do not provide.
P.S. I am so fed up with people that are winners of my auctions sending me solicitation to join X.com, I must be getting 10+ solicitations a day now from current and past auction, and some people have even been hostile when I refuse to except it as a form of payment or join under them. Even though I feel I offer more forms of convenient payment that most ebay sellers I have encountered, go figure.
