When I put my auction up today I noticed that the bid increase was at only at $.50 and I want it to be at $15.00 at least.

The increment that a person has to increase their bid by is controlled by the starting/current bid and has a set structure. There is no way to change it for a particular auction.

If, however, you are talking about your opening bid amount being wrong, that is easy to fix so long as there are no bids. Just click on the MyAuctions.Com link, and then Edit and Manage Your Listings. Log in and chose the auction that is wrong. You can change both the starting bid and the reserve amount if needed, along with other items.
