As a fairly recent eBayer, I am dismayed at how many sellers won't give positive feedback NO MATTER; and wait to see your feedback, almost in a blackmailing way... and then STILL won't.
Shame on you... I have won at least 30 auctions and have 21 +, should be 31. Some sellers have it if you don't have "x" positives, then you must be discriminated against in shipping and type of payments.
Again, shame on you.Makes it tough for those doing honest trade.
GIVE THE APPROPRIATE FEED BACK IN A TIMELY MANNER...

Well, I can't comment about ebay since I don't sell there (and this isn't the correct forum for that anyways) but on Auctions.Com I always leave feedback for every transaction, positive or otherwise. However I have only received feedback for, AT BEST, half of those transactions (probably less actually). I attribute this to the layout of the site and the fact that the ratings section is fairly well buried and not readily accessible.
And before Neomax jumps in here, you can see who you need to rate from the MyAuctions.Com section of the site, but it is a pain in the rear to try to talk a buyer (via e-mail) through clicking on all the right radio buttons so they see the closed auctions that they have won and then leaving a rating. PLUS, you have to either use the back button several times to go back to that list of auctions or open a new window for each rating link because when you are done with a ratings it DOES NOT take you back to your MyAuctions screen. GRRRR!
