Greetings.
I am new to using your listing/management software, and am haveing problems. (Just downloaded build 0603 yesterday.)
When I attempt to upload, I get an error message:
Synchronization failed--- unable to resolve server name.
What does this mean? Is it easily fixed?
General comment: AW is clearly in the process of becoming excellent. I have to decide whether I want to use your software and hang on for the bumpy ride, or ride out the storm and meet you on the other side. I'm currently using another free listing program, but it has some drawbacks. Connectivity is not one of them.
It appears, however, reading some of the recent messages posted here, that connectivity is AMPro's MASSIVE weakness.
I guess, I am asking two questions:
1) how can I fix this little glitch
2) is this going to be just the tip of a glitch iceberg?
I really look forward to seeing how your software grows, and AW is to be commended for trying.
The ease with which this problem is resolved will tell me whether to throw in with AMPro now, or wait till later.
