Can anyone help. I'm new at this and to say that the instructions are about non existing is a fact. I currently post auctions to ebay. I need to change my description and haven't been able to figure out how to do it. Do I need to just delete the whole mess and start over or what. If I need to delete everything how do I do that. Thanks for any help someone might be able to give. My email address is [email protected]

Are you using a template from your computer and than cut and pasting it to eBay auctions or are you referring to typing in each description right at eBay and now you want to delete the description and put something else in?

If it's the latter you can't delete a description once an auciton is going on but you can add to it by going to

http://cgi5.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?AddToItemDescription

or

http://cgi5.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?UserItemVerification

to revise your item if it doesn't have any bids.

alleycat32,

If you post your question in the AuctionWatch.com Services forum, a Customer Care Rep should be able to assist you.
