I won a auction for 10 pairs of Rocky Mountain Jeans on October 19. I have just received 5 pairs of Rocky Mountain Jeans. And it seems that you can't pull up a auction that has already ended, because it gives me a link, but will not allow me to open the auction page. So now I have 1/2 of the product I purchased and no way to prove that this person cheated me. From now on, I'll stick with ebay, thank you for the wake-up call Auction.com! :-P

You should be able to pull stuff up that is up to 6 months old.
Click on the My Auctions.com link at the top of the page. Then click on the Items I've Bid On. Type in your e-mail and password. Click on Show Auctions that are: Closed, Show Me Auctions for the Past: Six Months, then View Auctions.
I was able to find your auction using the advanced search so it is in the system still..
Have you written to the seller? Maybe they sent 2 seperate packages and one is delayed in the mail?

I hate it that you're not satisfied with your purchase but what majik said is true -- the auction remains in our active database for 90 days and we can retrieve auctions that ended prior to that time. This is significantly longer than past auctions are available on eBay or any other auction.
I also expect you chose not to purchase from a bidsafe seller or opt to be a bidSafe buyer.
Your protections against any type of fraud, using either program, are so much superior to any other program around, I would encourage you to explore it.
