Trying to launch auctions using the current ebay promo of free subtitles and borders when you offer free shipping in your auction. When I am done writing the auction I click on "ebay preview" and it still shows the regular cost for these additional features. Is it not possible to launch auctions through Vendio if we want to take part in this promo??

Hello,

The eBay preview will always show the regular prices, even during a promotion. If you only enable the Subtitle and Border options and have the listing showing free shipping, it should qualify for the promotion.
