Hello Roger here,
I have a repeat customer that has his CORRECT address on paypal but not on Vendio. Maybe he has moved from the first time he purchased, but he claims he can not get the Vendio address to change to his current address. Any ideas on how he can change the address, thanks

I'm not sure what you mean. Do you mean his shipping address or his email address? Depending on what has changed you should be able to edit it. What is the listing number? Also, it would be helpful if I knew the correct address as well as the incorrect address. It would be better if you sent us this information in an email to [email protected] (for your buyer's privacy).
