I have some trouble getting the international shipping to post all the prices.
I just started with Vendio last week. I normally would just calculate the international manually but the Vendio system won't even allow an international bidder to bid. So I am having to setup the UPS rates but they are real high. I need to fix that someway so that it will calculate USPS Airmail or Parcel Post. I can set it for Priority but the weight is usually too much and it gets rejected at the posting.

Hello,
I took a look at one of your listings and noticed that you did specify "ship to" locations that are outside the US, but you have not enabled international shipping.
To enable international shipping globally (this will apply to all listings created after you update your preferences) to to My Account -> Global Preferences. You will see the Shipping Carriers section at the top of the page. Under this section, you will see a small checkbox labeled "Offer International Shipping". Check this box, and the international shipping options will be displayed. Select your carriers, and save your settings.
To enable international shipping options for your currently active listings, go to the All Active view in Sales Manager. Check all listings (or only the ones that you would like to offer international shipping for) and click the "Set WBN" button. On the next page, you can edit the WBN information for your listings (note this will need to be done on an individual basis.)
To enable international shipping in items that have closed, go to Post-Sale summary, and locate your item (note you will need to do this on an individual basis.) Click the number key next to the item, and in the Fulfillment Checklist, uncheck steps #2 and #1 (if these are checked.) Click the "Edit WBN" icon, and you will be able to add international carriers on this page. You can either save the changes and the buyer can re-use the checkout link in his WBN, or you can email the WBN again if necessary.

I know how to set up the international shipping. But some of the items were too heavy for the Global Selections and so I had to turn off the Global option. If you notice the Camera Lens I have selected UPS option but that is too expensive and I would like to offer the other options. Airmail Parcel Post or Surface just for the International. I think my question is do you think by obtaining one of the shipping service like encarda will solve my problem?

Hello,
I guess I'm not understanding the problem correctly. You should be able to select an international shipping option regardless of the weight of the item. Some of the international shipping options may not be allowed because the weight is too heavy for those specific international shipping options. However, there should be international options that are available for the weight of your item. It should just be a matter of picking the correct international shipping options for a specific item. Note that you can change your shipping options on the main listing form to make them specific to the item (you don't need to use your Global Preferences for all of your listings -- you can change them per listing).
You can also always select one of the "Other" boxes in the international shipping area and enter your own shipping carrier title. Those sections should not be affected by the weight of the item.
